I have a HP Envy 6052. I replace the black ink cartridge but the printer wouldn’t print. Now what I get is a purple light (Not connected to wifi). Went through the process of connecting it to wifi manually, wps button, smart app to assist–nothing!!! I have NO idea as to how to connected the printer to wifi, to get rid of the purple light, ZIP!!! Going through the process over and over is what they call the sign of mental illness- repeating the process over and over hoping for a different result!!! IF ..IF ..anyone has a clue, please email me at the address below. I could REALLY use the help!!!

This is a great post! I have an HP ENVY 6052 and I love it!
I have a HP ENVY 6052 e printer. I had installed it just with the hardwire NOT WI FI. It had worked great but now the yellow light come on and the error button is flashing.
I unplugged the wire to the electric and also unplugged it from my computer.
I then plugged it back in using only the hard wire NOT THE WI FI and I still get an error reading
How do I fix this problem.
You have to register the printer with an HP account. If someone else registered the printer to their account before you did, then the printer is now junk.
YOU BUY THIS #6052 PRINTER AND THEY WONT TELL YOU HOW TO USE THE CONTROL PANEL OR WHAT IT SAYS…………AND WONT TELL YOU ON THEIR SITE!!!!
my 6052 wont allow the door to open to change ink cartridges.tried reboot,nothing seems to help whats wrong?? I can raise the door a little but the back hinges wont release..any help would be apprecayed? Thank You
Try to wait until printer stand by, also check the jammed paper or rubbish inside your envy 6052 printer.
