The printer features a standard paper input tray with a capacity of approximately 60 sheets, supporting common paper sizes such as A4, A5, A6, and envelopes. In terms of performance, the printer delivers print speeds of up to 7.5 pages per minute in black and 5.5 pages per minute in color (ISO). It produces sharp black text with a resolution of up to 1200 × 1200 dpi, while color documents and images can reach up to 4800 × 1200 optimized dpi when printed from a computer. The flatbed scanner offers an optical resolution of up to 1200 dpi, which is sufficient for scanning basic documents and images. This series uses two ink cartridges—one black and one tri-color—and supports HP Instant Ink, HP’s optional ink subscription service. Automatic duplex printing is not included, so double-sided printing must be done manually. The HP DeskJet 2827e supports wireless printing via Wi-Fi, allowing users to print directly from laptops, smartphones, and tablets. It is compatible with the HP Smart app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria, and ChromeOS, providing flexible mobile printing options. A USB connection is also available for direct wired use.
