The HP Smart Tank 5115 is an all-in-one ink tank printer designed for home and small-office use, offering print, copy, and scan functions in a compact and practical package. It delivers print speeds of up to 12 ppm in black and 5 ppm in color, with the first black page ready in as little as 14 seconds. Using HP Thermal Inkjet technology, it produces up to 1200 x 1200 rendered dpi for black printing and up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi for color printing. Its flatbed scanner provides optical scanning resolution of up to 1200 dpi, while copying supports resolutions of up to 600 dpi and up to 99 copies. With a recommended monthly print volume of 400 to 800 pages and a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 3,000 pages, this printer is well suited for everyday document and photo printing at home or in a small office.
The printer is equipped with four ink bottles, including one black bottle and a set of three color bottles, helping provide an economical solution for regular printing. It has a 100-sheet input tray and 30-sheet output tray, supports A4, B5, A6, legal, and DL envelope sizes, and offers borderless printing up to A4 size. Duplex printing is supported manually through the printer driver. For connectivity, the HP Smart Tank 5115 features built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and Hi-Speed USB 2.0. Mobile printing is supported through the HP app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria, HP Print Service Plugin, and Wi-Fi Direct.
