Its compact design makes it ideal for space-constrained spaces, and setup is easy using the HP Smart app. This printer is better suited for everyday document processing than high-volume printing. Paper capacity is somewhat limited, with approximately 60 sheets in the input tray and 25 sheets in the output tray. It supports printing, scanning, and copying, and includes a flatbed scanner and an automatic document feeder (ADF) for handling multiple sheets of paper. Wireless connectivity via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi enables easy printing from laptops, smartphones, and tablets using Apple AirPrint, Mopria, or the HP Smart app. The HP DeskJet 4255e, an “e” model, supports HP+ and offers an Instant Ink subscription service to help manage ink costs with automatic ink delivery. It’s also designed to be compatible only with Original HP ink cartridges.
