HP OfficeJet 6815 Manual (User Guide, Getting Started, and Setup)

As a multifunction device, the HP OfficeJet 6815 replaces an inkjet printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier in small offices or at home. With its printing speed, however, the device is not suitable for printing very large stacks of documents, but rather for printing out documents with fewer pages. This e-All-in-One Printer has a relatively small and compact form for a similar all-in-one printer, with dimensions of 462 x 388 x 224 mm. In other words, this all-in-one printer is suitable for those who do not want a printer that is too large that they can place in a limited space or even on a table. The paper tray that can accommodate up to 225 sheets of paper is at the bottom of the printer, just below the output paper tray. The top of the printer is a tray for ADF Scan and Copy. This printer also still has a flatbed type scan that can be opened from the surface. On the right surface, there is a 2.65-inch touch screen that is used to operate the printer. The back of the printer has ports for USB, LAN, telephone cable, and mains power. While the ON / OFF button is on the left side of the printer, along with the USB port that is used to connect a flash drive or similar to the printer. What’s interesting is that the files on the connected flash drive can be directly controlled via the touch screen panel without having to use a separate computer. For printing normal print quality black and white documents, the HP OfficeJet 6815 e-All-in-One Printer takes an average of 5 seconds per page. Meanwhile, printing color documents with the best print quality takes an average of 32 seconds per page. Although the color print process is indeed much slower than black and white, this e-All-in-One Printer is an AIO printer that is more suitable for small and medium-sized or home businesses; where the majority will more often use black and white print. So it seems that the length of time for color printing does not have a significant effect. The process of copying black and white documents takes an average of 7 seconds per page while copying color documents takes an average of 10 seconds per page. The print quality is considered good. For black and white or color documents, especially if they are set in high print quality, they have a color composition and sharp writing results. Ink also does not fade and dries quickly when the printer is finished printing. What is also an added value of the HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer is the ink that does not fade easily when splashed by water. The copy quality of black and white documents does not have a significant difference with the original document, with the sharpness of the writing produced and not blurry, and the position of the document that is straight like the original document. What is unfortunate is the quality of the copy results for color documents, where the image results are still blurry and less sharp, and still look darker than the original color documents. As for the Scan results, the HP OfficeJet 6815 e-All-in-One Printer has good results for black and white documents with resolutions up to 1200dpi. For color documents, there are still parts that look less sharp and grainy when finished scanning, but the resulting color accuracy is still relatively good.
