The HP ENVY Photo 7931 is a multifunction inkjet printer designed for home photo printing, scanning, copying, and general document use. It also features a 2.7-inch color touchscreen display, 256 MB of memory, and supports various paper sizes, including photo formats up to 8 × 10 inches and borderless printing up to A4/letter size. Paper handling includes a 125-sheet main input tray, a 15-sheet photo tray, and a 35-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF), with automatic duplex (two-sided) printing supported. Output capacity is around 60 sheets. It features a compact all-in-one design with wireless connectivity and support for mobile printing. For performance, it can print the first page in as fast as 18 seconds (black, ready mode) and has a monthly duty cycle of up to 1,000 pages, with a recommended volume of about 300 to 400 pages per month for optimal reliability. It uses HP Thermal Inkjet technology and supports print resolutions up to 1200 × 1200 dpi for black and up to 4800 × 1200 optimized dpi for color, delivering high-quality photo output when used with compatible HP photo papers. For scanning, it offers both flatbed and ADF scanning with up to 1200 dpi optical resolution, supporting file formats such as JPG, PDF, PNG, TIFF, and BMP. Copy speed can reach up to 22 copies per minute (black, draft mode). In terms of connectivity, HP ENVY Photo 7931 includes dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), USB 2.0, and supports mobile printing via HP Smart App, Apple AirPrint, Mopria, and Chrome OS printing services.
