The HP ENVY 6531e All-in-One Printer is a wireless color inkjet printer designed for home and family use. The printer is equipped with a 2.4-inch color capacitive touchscreen, 800 MHz processor, and 256 MB DDR3 memory. Paper handling includes a 100-sheet input tray and a 25-sheet output tray, with support for media sizes such as A4, A5, B5, A6, envelopes, and borderless photo formats. It combines printing, copying, scanning, and mobile fax functions in a compact device, making it suitable for everyday documents, school projects, and photo printing. The printer supports automatic two-sided printing, helping reduce paper usage while improving productivity. Print speeds reach up to 10 pages per minute (ppm) in black and 7 ppm in color (ISO). Draft mode speeds can reach 20 ppm black and 17 ppm color. The printer delivers up to 1200 × 1200 dpi black print quality and up to 4800 × 1200 optimised dpi color resolution when printing photos on supported HP photo paper. The HP ENVY 6531e includes a flatbed scanner and a 35-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF). The scanner provides up to 1200 dpi optical resolution and supports file formats including PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, and HEIF. Copy speeds are rated at up to 8 copies per minute in black and 3.5 copies per minute in color. The printer has a recommended monthly print volume of 100–400 pages and a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 1,000 pages. Connectivity features include dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac) and Hi-Speed USB 2.0. Mobile printing is supported through the HP app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, and Android printing solutions, allowing users to print directly from smartphones and tablets. It supports Windows 10 and 11, macOS 12 through 26, and Linux systems.
