The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 8801dn is a high-performance color multifunction laser printer designed for demanding business environments. The printer features a 10.1-inch WXGA color touchscreen for intuitive operation and is powered by a high-performance processor configuration of up to 1.6 GHz quad-core with 6 GB of memory. For paper handling, it comes with a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, four 520-sheet input trays and supports a wide range of media sizes from A6 up to A3, as well as SRA3, RA3, envelopes, postcards, labels, cardstock, and various specialty media. Supported media weights range from 60 to 325 g/m², depending on the tray, making the printer versatile for everyday documents as well as professional marketing and presentation materials.
It delivers print speeds of up to 60 pages per minute (ppm) in both black and color, with a first-page-out time as fast as 5.7 seconds. The integrated scanner uses a flatbed and automatic document feeder (ADF) with optical scanning resolution up to 600 x 600 dpi. Its single-pass duplex ADF can scan at speeds of up to 150 images per minute (ipm) in both black and color. As a multifunction device, the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 8801dn also provides fast copying at up to 60 copies per minute (cpm) in both black and color, with copy resolution up to 600 x 600 dpi, enlargement and reduction from 25% to 400%, and a maximum of 9,999 copies per job. Its integrated fax supports transmission speeds of up to 33.6 kbps, fax memory for up to 500 pages, and up to 1,000 speed-dial numbers.
With a monthly duty cycle of up to 250,000 pages and a recommended monthly volume of up to 60,000 pages. This series support for HP PCL 5c, PCL 6, PostScript Level 3 emulation, PDF, and AirPrint provides broad compatibility. Standard connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and an HP Hardware Integration Pocket. Wireless connectivity is available as an option through the HP Jetdirect 3100w accessory, while mobile printing is supported through Apple AirPrint, Mopria, Wi-Fi Direct Printing, and PrinterOn Print. The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 8801dn is compatible with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
