The HP DeskJet 2922 All-in-One Printer is a compact home printer designed for everyday printing, scanning, and copying tasks. The printer supports both USB 2.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) connectivity, allowing wireless printing from computers, smartphones, and tablets. Mobile printing is supported through the HP app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, and the HP Print Service Plugin for Android. It also features an icon LCD, a 1.0 GHz processor, and 64 MB of memory. The printer includes a 60-sheet input tray and a 25-sheet output tray. It supports various media types such as plain paper, photo paper, brochures, and envelopes, with manual duplex printing available through the printer driver. The recommended monthly print volume is 50–100 pages, while the maximum monthly duty cycle is 1,000 pages. It uses HP Thermal Inkjet technology and delivers print speeds of up to 7.5 ppm in black and 5.5 ppm in color (ISO), making it suitable for home users, students, and small offices with light printing needs. Print resolution reaches 1200 × 1200 dpi for black documents and up to 4800 × 1200 optimized dpi for color printing, producing sharp text and vibrant images. The flatbed scanner offers an optical resolution of up to 1200 dpi and can save scans in JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and PNG formats. Copy speeds reach up to 6 cpm in black and 3 cpm in color, with support for up to 9 copies at a time. Fax functionality is not included. It uses HP 68 Black and HP 68 Tri-color ink cartridges, with optional high-yield HP 68e cartridges available for lower printing costs per page. The HP DeskJet 2922 is compatible with Windows 10/11 and macOS 13, 14, and 15.
