The HP ENVY 6520e is a versatile all-in-one printer designed for home and everyday office use, combining print, copy, scan, and mobile fax capabilities in a compact device. The printer is also HP Instant Ink eligible, making it possible to manage ink supplies through HP’s subscription service. It uses HP Thermal Inkjet technology and supports automatic duplex printing for convenient two-sided documents. With a recommended monthly page volume of 100 to 400 pages, it is well suited for light to moderate printing needs. It delivers up to 1200 x 1200 rendered dpi for black printing and up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi color on selected HP photo papers. It features a 2.4-inch color capacitive touchscreen with a 320 x 240 resolution and an 800 MHz processor. The printer uses two cartridges, one black and one tri-color, and includes a 100-sheet input tray with a 25-sheet output tray. Borderless printing is supported for sizes up to 8.5 x 12 inches.
For scanning, the printer combines a flatbed scanner with a 35-sheet automatic document feeder and offers optical scanning resolution up to 1200 dpi with 24-bit color depth. HP ENVY 6520e supports scanning to PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, and HEIF, as well as scan-to-email, scan-to-PC, scan-to-file, and HP Cloud options. Copying is available at up to 300 x 300 dpi for both black text and color text or graphics, with up to 99 copies supported. Wireless connectivity is built in through dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, along with a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connection. Mobile printing is supported through the HP app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria, Chrome OS, and the HP Print Service Plugin for Android.
